Friend: We may be just months away from living in a post-Roe society – and Republican lawmakers across the country are prepared to take advantage of it.

Already, a dozen states have passed “trigger” laws that will automatically enact abortion bans or restrictions the MOMENT that Roe v. Wade is overturned. Other Republican lawmakers are passing harsh abortion restrictions in eager anticipation of Roe v. Wade being overturned or weakened. Just days ago, Florida passed its own set of abortion restrictions.

Friend, we can’t put this off any longer – it’s time that we prepare for a world without Roe. While Roe is still the law of the land, we must do EVERYTHING we can to support Democratic state legislatures in their efforts to protect reproductive rights.
