An alarming new study has found neonics in kids, friend!

In 2020, the CDC found neonics in 50% of 3- to 5-year-old kids from 2015 and 2016 samples. This new study confirms that children are still exposed to neonics, which can be found in urine, blood and even fluid that surrounds the brain. This is especially concerning in light of new research that suggests neonics may harm children’s developing brains and nervous systems.

Neonics have also been linked to the rapid decline in bee populations. American bumblebee populations have already dropped by 89 percent and have disappeared entirely in eight states, according to a recent study. Their decline is already affecting production of key food crops, like apples, berries and cherries.
