In January, three members of our staff completed a 40-hour training on Equity Informed Conflict Mediation with Resolutions Northwest. Here at Breach, we believe that actively creating a culture of care is a vital part of the climate justice movement.
The Eugene City Council voted in November to begin exploring policies to get the community off of fracked gas, and on to clean electricity! Thank City Council and encourage them to move quickly.
Our staff union, Breach United, has started negotiating various conditions of employment with our board. Email us at [email protected] if you have questions about unionization or are interested in unionizing your nonprofit.
