Friend --
We hope you can join us for a special exhibit organized by civil rights leaders in support of a world free from hate. On Tuesday, Nov. 19, we will be joining our partners at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights for an interactive art installation that advocates the passage of the Khalid Jabara and Heather Heyer NO HATE Act. The installation is both an important advocacy tool for promoting meaningful legislative reform on hate crime reporting and a commemoration of the historic passage of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr., Hate Crimes Prevention Act, which Congress enacted ten years ago.?
The installation will run from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm at Columbus Circle outside Union Station. You can RSVP and find more information on Facebook <[link removed]>, and you can also indicate your commitment to attend onthis form <[link removed]>. We hope you can take some time out of your day and participate in this important event.
WHEN: Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, 8:30-5:00pm
