John,
Just this week, ahead of the Texas Republican Primary Election,
newly-selected Maverick County Republican Chair Sandy Sassano and
the Republican Party of Texas successfully identified and stopped
unlawful election activity after early voters presenting to the
polls were denied Republican ballots and forced into the Democrat
primary.
In one notable instance, a Republican candidate was initially
denied access to a Republican ballot and instead offered a
Democrat ballot on the purported grounds there were no
Republicans running for office. Maverick County has eight
Republican candidates in the March 1 primary, a record high for
the county.
The issue was reported to the Republican Party of Texas through
its "Protect the Vote" election integrity program. After
investigating and confirming the claims, the Texas GOP demanded
the Maverick County election administrator address this unlawful
activity, which it subsequently corrected. The following day, 105
votes for Republican candidates were recorded!
CHIP IN TO SUPPORT ELECTION INTEGRITY IN TEXAS:

The media and the Left claim our elections are perfect and
flawless in every respect and that there's never any
justification for trying to improve the process. That's because,
in their mind, the more outdated our elections laws and equipment
are, the easier it is to cheat.
Here in Texas, Republicans are taking positive steps to improve
our election laws by making it EASIER to vote and HARDER to
cheat. A new poll last year showed that a majority of Texans
support election integrity laws, even as the media and Democrats
lie about and smear our common-sense reforms.
