March is here and First Liberty has an exciting month ahead!
At the Supreme Court, we should get an official date for oral argument for Coach Kennedy’s case any day and we expect to hear from the Court soon on our Maine School Choice case. Both cases have the potential to make a huge impact on schools across America.
As the mistreatment of our Navy SEALs continues, we are pursuing a class action lawsuit and waiting on a number of decisions by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Keep an eye on our website for further updates as they develop.
