The 2022 election year will officially launch in March when the State of Hawai‘i Office of Elections begins to accept candidate filings to run for public office. In honor of this, the Hawai‘i Republican Party (HRP) will hold a press conference to launch the “Stand For Hawai‘i” Victory 2022 campaign and share what Hawai‘i Republicans stand for.
We will be joined by a diverse group of new and returning candidates ready to work hard to be better represented in the State Legislature, Executive Branch, and Congress. This initial lineup of candidates, stepping up to run for political office, are unified and determined to bring a new common sense voice on behalf of the many in our community whose voices have not been heard.

WHY:
The promise of balance and accountability in government is dependent on the ability of Hawai‘i Republicans to unite and commit to creating a brighter, more prosperous future for the Aloha State. We believe that the majority of people in Hawai‘i lean conservative and now is the time to stop socialism from gaining more ground in Hawai‘i. In order to effect this change, Hawai‘i Republicans will need to source more candidates.
