I know you’ve heard from me and my team a lot these past few days, and I’m going to ask you to help us in one last push to reach my February fundraising goal before the public fundraising deadline tonight.

But before I do, I wanted to share a message with you about the Arkansas we can build together:

Right now, so many people across the state feel undervalued and unheard by our current leaders. Some of the towns and counties I’ve visited on the Promise of Arkansas tour haven’t had a candidate stop by in decades.

In my travels across the state, I’ve met and talked with so many people who have the talent and ambition to follow their dreams — but there are barriers to success in their way.

There are hardworking families who are struggling to balance parenthood with their careers because of a lack of access to affordable Pre-K.

There are rural business owners who don’t have access to high-quality broadband, making it difficult for them to compete in this 21st century economy.

There are folks working 40 hours a week who still need a second job to make ends meet.

Addressing the challenges these folks are facing is the reason why, as governor, I’m going to spread PB&J across the state: making preschool available to every child, ensuring rural Arkansans have access to broadband, and connecting hard working folks to well-paying jobs.

I’m doing everything in my power to make this vision of a better Arkansas our reality, and that’s why I’m running a campaign that brings out our best.

I believe that if we want our politics to be different, we have to be different — and the people I’ve spoken to on the road make it clear that Arkansas is ready for new leadership.

I’m ready to take on the challenge and lift up this great state, and I’m going to need your help to get it done.

Tonight is my public fundraising deadline and we still have $928 left to raise. Will you take a minute to chip in $5, $10, $15, or anything you’re able, before midnight?
