Throughout this campaign session you've heard about my court, the 323rd, being ranked the 2nd most efficient District Court in the entire state. You heard about how we returned $1.7 million to taxpayers last year by running a fiscally sound court; How we've cut juvenile recidivism and time children spend in foster care in half.
