John, 

Just about one year ago, nearly 140,000 Texans trusted me to be their voice in Congress. I can honestly say, that since that day, I have done my best to represent the people of Texas, and uphold the conservative values I championed in my campaign, arguing on the merits, and not stooping to personal attacks as so often happens in DC. 

So, one year into the job, I need your feedback, I want to hear directly from you, how am I doing, what should we be doing more of, less of, where should our focus be.

You see, I view it as my job to ensure that our American way is preserved, that our Constitution is revered, and that those who seek to usurp, upend, or undo the freedoms it provides are stopped in their tracks. 

And I take that job very seriously. 

After all, I’ve seen firsthand the devastation that comes when freedom is lacking… and I’ll fight unceasingly to make sure that the immeasurable pain I saw has no place in these United States of America. 

That’s why I’m motivated to defend the values and ideas that made America great, but right now I need your help to do it.

John, I want to know your thoughts on everything from impeachment, to immigration, to abortion. 

Are Democrats in Congress wasting Americans’ time and money pursuing a politically-motivated impeachment process? Should illegal immigrants receive free health care benefits? Should taxpayers pay for on-demand abortion?

A lot has happened since the 2018 election… it’s not just the issues we debate, but the way we debate them. Americans are more divided than ever, and it shows. Should we spend the next 365 days trying to fix that?
