John, it's Abby again. I know you've heard from my team a lot this week – but this is really important, and because you're one of my top supporters, I wanted to make sure you heard this. You see, right now I'm still$4,855 short of my end-of-month goal. Yes, I know you hear a lot about goals and deadlines, but please bear with me for a minute here.

The tide is turning against Sen. Grassley. That's what we've been seeing on the ground every day, and it's what the data is showing, too. Nearly two-thirds of likely voters don't want to send him back to Washington, and he's facing record-low approval ratings. This is our moment, but we've seen the GOP try to buy elections before, and they're trying to do it again right here in Iowa.

I refuse to let that happen, John. This is my home, this is where I was born and raised – in a small rural town with more cows than people. I've seen Sen. Grassley let working families down time and time again. This is personal, not just for me but for all of us living here in Iowa who know that we deserve better, that we deserve a bright future for our families and our future generations.

I refuse to let Sen. Grassley keep on failing us in Washington, and I refuse to let the GOP buy this seat – but I can't do this without you. We have the momentum behind us, but the GOP is sitting on more than $39 million to take back the Senate. We need massive grassroots resources to combat misinformation and far-right attacks.

That starts with hitting goals like this one. So please, if you're with me to fight for working families, to win a real leader for Iowa, and to expand our Senate majority, will you donate $5 before midnight tonight so that we can hit our end-of-month fundraising goal?
