Black History Month is a celebration and tribute to the generations of Black leaders and communities who fought for justice and equality. But more than just a recollection of the past, it's also a celebration of the present and future.

As February comes to an end and we conclude our series on Black leaders and trailblazers of the Environmental Justice Movement (Part 1), and (Part 2), we wanted to end by highlighting just a handful of the Black environmentalists who are fighting against environmental racism and injustice today — working towards a better world for their communities and planet.
