This is DEFINITELY not the email we wanted to be sending with just a few hours to go before the end of our February fundraising deadline.

Here’s the truth:

We’re about $150,000 away from where we need to be to reach our goals.

Now, I know that seems like a massive number. And I know that asking you for $3 may not seem like it could make a dent in that total.

But think about it: If 50,000 people chipped in, we’d be there. It ALL ADDS UP. That’s how we’ve hit every goal this far. And that’s how we can do it again.

And honestly, we MUST hit the goal. Especially with attack ads running against us. Especially with Trump and McConnell targeting this seat.

So, please:
