Team — This is Eva, Steve Sisolak’s finance director. At midnight tonight, we have a major end-of-month fundraising deadline. After that, our senior team is going to huddle up, see where this campaign stands, and make some key decisions about our budget going forward.

Right now, we’re on pace to fall just short of our fundraising goal. If that happens, we’ll be facing some very painful decisions for our fight to keep Nevada from flipping red. Decisions like:

Do we cut funding for a voter registration push? Or do we knock on fewer doors in the home stretch of the race?

Do we let GOP disinformation go unanswered online? Or do we hire fewer grassroots organizers to turn out Democratic voters?

These are impossible choices — especially given that Nevada is a heavily contested battleground state. We can’t afford to leave anything on the table when we’re up against nine MAGA candidates and millions of dollars in GOP spending.

But if we’re able to get back on track and hit our fundraising benchmarks, we’ll be able to run the kind of campaign that’s equipped to overcome the odds. Will you chip in and help us close the gap before our midnight deadline, friends?
