Transit service is an important component of helping workforce return to their office, and our regional transit network has had to grapple with passenger concerns after the pandemic shutdown in 2020, and the Metrorail service reductions following the derailment in October 2021.
Our Government Affairs & Economic Development Committee will welcome Greg Potts, Virginia Government Relations Officer for WMATA to discuss Metro service and safety and to take members’ questions.
