 Kellyanne Conway — the campaign advisor and senior pollster for one of our far-right opponents — is hosting a town hall in Pennsylvania tonight. She was just hired to work in this race last month — and now she’s already coming to Pennsylvania to spread lies, stir up the Republican base into a frenzy over their candidate for Governor, and undermine our elections the same way Trump tried to undermine them in 2020. Parading Kellyanne around is just another piece of evidence that Pennsylvania Republicans have fully embraced Trumpism as their governing philosophy — which means we absolutely cannot let them win full control of Pennsylvania. Conway was the key operative who helped Trump pull off a narrow victory in Pennsylvania in 2016. She did that — and we need to take this seriously so she doesn’t do it again. Because as we’ve seen before, she won’t hesitate to weaponize misinformation, and do so very skillfully.
