Here's what is happening. Right now the Supreme Court is deciding the most monumental abortion case in a generation. We've filed THREE critical amicus briefs at the Supreme Court in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to "devastate" the abortion industry, overturn Roe v. Wade, and save countless babies.
What the radical Left is trying to do is circumvent that potential decision by legislating Roe to make the killing of an unborn baby a permanent "right."
We're aggressively engaged in at least TEN critical pro-life cases right now – cases that will change the course of the pro-life fight for decades. But President Biden has unleashed the taxpayer-funded federal bureaucracy to do everything it can to help Planned Parenthood defeat us.
We've just testified before a state legislature against a bill that would make Roe permanent in that state. Now, Speaker Pelosi and Sen. Schumer are trying to pass federal legislation to make abortion permanent nationwide. We JUST sent Senate Leadership a critical opposition letter before the scheduled Senate vote TODAY.
