On Monday, February 28, the United States Senate will vote on a radical abortion bill labeled the Women’s Health Protection Act (H.R. 3755). The bill is not about women’s health, but is an attempt by liberals to allow abortion-on-demand in every state now that they are seeing the success of the Texas Heartbeat Law and the possible overturning of abortion precedent at the U.S. Supreme Court.

If enacted, the Women’s Health Protection Act H.R. 3755 would: 

- Allow a child in the womb to be killed at any point the abortionist deems appropriate—including late-term abortions. 

- Ban current life-saving state laws like the Heartbeat Act, dismemberment abortion bans, and sex-selection abortion bans. 

- Deny parents the ability to know or be involved if their daughter has an abortion. 

- Ban current state laws that require in-person counseling to help prevent coerced abortions. 

- Ban current state laws that require abortionists to give women information about their babies and abortion complications. 

- Redefine mothers as “people who are pregnant,” a term that denies the truth that mothers are women. 

H.R. 3775 has already passed in the U.S. House and there are possible swing votes in the U.S. Senate who are in favor of this abortion bill.  Tell your Senator to reject abortion-on-demand and to stand for the right to life!
