The results of this year’s elections will have an impact for years to come, folks — that’s why I’m proud to endorse strong Democrats up and down the ballot in New Mexico. At the state legislative level, I’m endorsing Kristina Ortez for NM House District 42 in Taos County. Statewide, I’m all in for Raúl Torrez for Attorney General. I can’t overstate the importance of investing in electing strong leaders up and down the ballot. Last year, we invested $30,000 in county Democratic parties in every region of New Mexico, accomplishing everything from helping local parties train volunteers to fueling down-ballot races. Additionally, over the last two years, we helped secure wins for 58 endorsed candidates, who are already making a meaningful difference in their communities. None of these successes were a coincidence. It all happened because talented leaders stepped forward to run for office; dedicated staffers and volunteers worked hard to get those leaders elected; and donors like you stepped up to help spread our message.
