"Across our markets, our portfolio is something like 98% occupied," said Ben Bannatyne, president of Prologis Europe. Bannatyne noted that these "are numbers we have never seen before."

Just 20% of business-to-business marketers rate their data-driven demand generation efforts as "very successful" and the top challenges are measuring results, making data actionable, targeting, and sales and marketing alignment, according to a survey from Ascend2 for Act-On Software. In addition, the greatest benefit cited by B2B marketers of data-driven demand generation is improved lead quality.
