I wanted to reach out first thing this morning, John.
Our most important monthly fundraising deadline yet is at midnight, and according to the latest update from my fundraising team, we’re still trailing our goal by about $14,000.
I’ll explain more in a moment, but every minute counts right now, so I’m going to ask right up front: Will you chip in $10, $25, $50, or whatever makes sense for you to help us make up the difference?
Our GOP opponents know this year’s midterm election is the best chance in decades to flip Minnesota red, and they’re showing us exactly what’s at stake if they succeed.
They’re doubling down on Donald Trump’s Big Lie, pledging to roll back our efforts to combat climate change, want to make it easier for dangerous people to get guns, and are all staunchly anti-choice.
As out of step our GOP opponents are with Minnesotans, we always knew this would be a close race – and recent polling confirms that. But I believe in this team, and I know we will withstand any challenge that comes our way if we continue standing together, just as we always have. And right now, that means reaching our end-of-month fundraising goal tonight.
John, if you’re able, please make a donation that works for you by 11:59 pm so we can continue working together to build a brighter future for our state.
Thank you,
Tim Walz
