 THE SENATE SPEECH THAT MAY HAVE FORCED JUSTIN TRUDEAU TO REVOKE THE
EMERGENCIES ACT 

Regardless of what the government and media may claim, one of the reasons
that Trudeau revoked the Emergency Act may be the truly remarkable speech
given by Senator Donald Plett. In this speech Plett sets the record
straight about what happened on the ground in Ottawa over these past weeks,
the dangerous legal precedents that were being set, the historical context
of what Justin Trudeau tried to impose, and the devastating consequences to
our democracy, our legal system, and our financial system.

This speech goes a very long way towards helping Canadians understand the
terrifying magnitude of what our leaders did and the monumental challenges
ahead to repair the damage that has been done to our country over these

ARTICLE OF THE WEEK

 JUDGMENT OF THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. PAZARATZ 

This is a most unusual article of the week. It is the judgment rendered in
a recent Ontario Superior Court case. The case asks the court to render a
decision on whether a parent can refuse to vaccinate her children with the
COVID-19 injection. The comments of the judge are worthy of our
consideration and give hope that the courts are better prepared to navigate
this labyrinth.

A SAMPLING OF THE JUDGES COMMENTS:

When did it become illegal to ask questions? Especially in the courtroom.
And when did it become unfashionable for judges to receive answers?
Especially when children’s lives are at stake? How did we lower our guard
and let the words “unacceptable beliefs” get paired together? Should
judges sit back as the concept of “Judicial Notice” gets hijacked from
a rule of evidence to a substitute for evidence? And is
“misinformation” even a real word?

. . . when society demonizes and punishes anyone who disagrees – or even
dares to ask really important questions – the resulting polarization,
disrespect, and simmering anger can have devastating consequences for the
mothers, fathers and children I deal with on a daily basis. It’s becoming
harder for family court judges to turn enemies into friends -- when
governments are so recklessly turning friends into enemies. The motion
before me is a typical – and frightening – example of how far we are

To follow the above ruling, Pandemic Ethics Scholar Dr. Julie Ponesse
breaks down and reacts to a key judgement by Justice A. Pazaratz ruling in
favour of a mother who doesn't want the Covid-19 vaccine for her kids.

real threats we face. We need to continue to educate and demand that our
elected representatives at the local, provincial and federal levels protect

Canada and the world are in uncharted territory. A New World Order (NWO)

clients’ portfolios consisted of government bonds and bank shares, but
