Folks.

Let me be honest, I hate these emails. I know we flood your inbox all week asking you to donate and I’m not going to lie to you, asking for money is my least favorite part of the job.

I know how hard you work for every single dollar and I will never take your support for granted. But I need to explain why these emails are so important.

Campaigns cost a lot of money and I don’t have billionaire backers like most of my opponents. Republican JD Vance is counting on Trump billionaire Peter Thiel’s $10 million super PAC to boost his campaign.

If we want any chance of overcoming the right-wing fundraising machine, we need grassroots support. That’s why every single dollar you give counts. Every. Single. Dollar.

Can you split a donation between my campaign and Debbie Stabenow so I can keep fighting for you by flipping this Senate seat blue? We’re falling behind our fundraising goal and I need you to step up today.

I know these asks get old, but we have too much on the line to let the Republicans take back control of the Senate. This race is a top priority for big-money Republican donors. I can’t let my opponents get a leg up on me.

It won’t be easy, but with your help and a lot of teamwork, we can win this thing.

So what do you say, can you split a donation between my campaign and Debbie's so I can turn this seat blue?

Thanks for believing in me,

Tim
