I can’t believe the way our campaign has picked up speed. We close the books on our February fundraising tomorrow night, so I hope you can pitch in today to help us close the gap.
I know that everyone’s attention is on November, but I want to talk a bit about what I’m accomplishing in Congress right now.
Just in the past month, I’ve worked on legislation that protects Maine’s jobs and ensures people have access to their prescription information. I joined a bipartisan effort calling for the full reopening of the National Personnel Records Center so that veterans can acquire much-needed benefits and I voted to strengthen the United States Postal Service. Everything I do is for the people of ME-02, and it’s not lost on me how much harder it would be to accomplish all of this if Kevin McCarthy was running the show in Congress.
It is incredibly fulfilling and I am humbled to work alongside all of you in making Maine’s Second District a better place for all of us. But I can only continue this work with your help, which is why I’m asking, John:
