Rich is a US Army veteran who served on the National Security Council under the Trump administration. He worked relentlessly at the NSC to brief the President and Senior Executives across the DoD and IC. Rich served as one of President Trump’s foreign policy advisers from before his election until his removal from the National Security Council.
Rich Higgins passed away on February 23, 2022, as a result of a severe case of COVID-19 in January 2021 that resulted in other complications which caused his death.
