The next end-of-month deadline is tomorrow, so I need to ask you to make a contribution to our campaign, but first, let me also tell you one of the reasons why [[link removed]]
We can’t afford to wait any longer to take action on climate change -- the cost of inaction is way too great.

Your contributions help us build our campaign, so I can hopefully return to the Senate and continue working to enact bold climate action. [[link removed]]
This past year, I’ve introduced legislation that would prevent illegal deforestation, a major climate change driver. And I helped secure millions of dollars for Hawaii to restore and preserve our natural wildlife and habitats -- from endangered species to coral reefs -- and expand electric vehicle charging stations and zero-emission buses to put us on a path to a clean economy.
Ultimately, it will take people like you and me taking all sorts of actions -- posting on social media, voting, driving policy, and yes, making contributions to campaigns like ours -- to save our planet.
Your support really is that powerful. So if you can chip in a few dollars before the deadline tomorrow, it would mean a lot. [[link removed]]
