Unlike previous months, John, we're trying something different with our end-of-month fundraising campaign this time around.
Based off calculations on our average monthly gift and where we need to be, we decided to set a goal to raise 1,000 contributions — of any amount — by the end of the month.
A contribution-based goal really gets at the heart of why we do what we do. Our movement isn't built on six-figure checks from lobbyists or lavish donations from billionaire friends. It's built by folks like you: giving what they can, when they can.
