Working people pay in to Social Security and Medicare with every paycheck. As of this week, millionaires stopped paying in.

But that’s not the only way they’re stiffing the rest of us. There are plenty of loopholes for tax avoidance in our laws, but the biggest one of all is the IRS. Decades of underfunding and PR attacks from members of both parties have left the IRS unable to perform basic tasks like ensuring that all taxes are paid.

As a result, it’s estimated that $7 trillion in taxes where are due will not be paid over the next decade. And most of it will come from the very wealthy.

Tell Congress: Fund the IRS and give them the resources that they need to go after wealthy tax cheats!
