The gender pay gap is an ongoing crisis across the country. Women still face a substantial and discriminatory wage gap—and for Latinas, this disparity is even worse. Latinas make 54 cents in the U.S. for every dollar a white, non-Hispanic man earns.

That’s why, next week, join the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) for the Latina Equal Pay Day National Summit. Will you attend the summit Wednesday, Nov. 20?

Latina Equal Pay Day—Nov. 20—represents the day when a Latina’s earnings would finally catch up to a white man’s from the year before. LCLAA’s annual summit will raise awareness and propose solutions to this devastating and persistent wage gap, so that Latinas can forge the path for a better, fairer future.
