This month is a short one, and frankly, we’re way behind where we need to be. I know it can feel like this happens every month, but we have fewer days than what we normally have to reach our goal. Our deadline is in 2 days with February only being 28 days, and I’m begging you to read this.
Let me tell you why this goal is so important and what your help will go towards.
A new poll showed that I’m down 13% in my home region. The Miami Times even said “Val Demings closes in on Marco Rubio in the latest poll.” We’ve been outraised every single quarter since my opponent got in the race.
I’ll be honest, I’m starting to worry that there’s more support for a Trump Impeachment Manager than for a Trump-endorsed candidate.
Making a donation today has 5X the impact as donating in October or November. We need folks who can give $7, $13, or even $18 today, so that we can build the infrastructure we need to win this race. Donating $7 has the impact of giving $35, donating $13 has the impact of giving $65, and donating $18 has the impact of $90.
I want to be as transparent as possible. When you donate today, your money will go towards opening new field offices, recruiting volunteers who will turn out the vote, and funding our ads and polling. That is why your donation this early on is so much more impactful.
