Now is the time for us to speak up and let our senators know that we support Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination and that they must work quickly to confirm her and make history

Indivisibles,

It’s time to get loud.

Yesterday, President Biden officially nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to fill Justice Breyer’s upcoming Supreme Court vacancy -- following through on his promise to nominate the first Black woman to serve as a justice. But Republicans are determined to ruin this moment for us. We knew what was coming: An attack from the right, steeped in racism and misogyny, seeking to undermine her expertise and credibility.

With Judge Jackson’s nomination, we have the opportunity to confirm a Supreme Court justice who stands for women, who stands for historically marginalized communities, and who stands for a Court not mired in the past but with an eye towards our country’s future. On the other hand, Republicans want to ensure that the Supreme Court is locked-in to regressive and oppressive rulings for generations to come.

We need to have her back in the face of these bad faith, racist attacks. To do that, we need your help:

Now is the time for us to speak up and let our senators know that we support Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination and that they must work quickly to confirm her and make history.

In solidarity,

Indivisible Project is a locally-led, people-powered movement of thousands of local groups in red, blue, and purple states, and in urban, suburban, and rural areas. Our mission is to power and lift up a grassroots movement of local groups to defeat the Trump agenda, elect progressive leaders, and realize bold progressive policies.

Grassroots donations, not foundations or large gifts, are our single largest source of funding. That means we’re accountable to, and fueled by, Indivisibles on the ground. Chip in $7 to keep fueling our movement.
