In case you thought Ryan Zinke’s past as one of the most corrupt members of the Trump administration was behind him, get this: Zinke went to ground zero for Trump corruption this week, Mar-a-Lago, to raise money to spend attacking us.

But we’re fighting, and we’re already making progress before we even get to Congress.

Members of this community who signed onto our petition pushing for a ban on members of Congress trading individual stocks have contributed to a rising wave of support across the country. Seriously. News outlets ran headlines this month like ‘Stock Trading Ban in Congress Gains Momentum’ and everything.

But in order to keep building our own momentum and fend off the attacks from Zinke’s right-wing billionaire and corporate donors, we need grassroots supporters like you to help keep us on track.

As our campaign is facing our $10,000 February fundraising goal, I’m humbly asking you to make a grassroots donation of $5 right away. Will you step up?

The more precarious life gets for everyday Montanans, and the harder it gets to afford necessities like housing and medical care, the more Zinke seems to suck up to the out of state billionaires doing the harm and the more he seems to find ways to enrich himself.

I’m a Montanan, first and foremost. Montana made me who I am — and I know how challenging it can be for so many of us to make our living and our lives here. Zinke might have less fun serving in Congress if he’s banned from trading stocks, but I don’t even own any (true story).

Together we’re going to bring back the Montana where we make our own lives. I have the campaign experience winning a pro-Trump legislative district to win this race, and I have the experience getting results in the legislature to make real things happen. Heck, we’re already seeing it.

I’m earning the trust of voters every single day and at every single campaign stop we make — but we have to keep building this momentum if we’re going to stop Zinke and his corrupt pals.
