John,

We've got to lower the cost of prescription drugs.

From cancer patients to people suffering from diabetes, drug prices matter. Yet far too often, critical medication is unaffordable.

No one should have to reduce their dose or skip out of a life-saving drug because of cost. Join us in calling for lower cost prescription drugs. ([link removed])

NewDems have ideas for how to get there: things like bringing generic options to the market quicker and increasing the transparency of drug pricing.

No one should have to go without the critical medication they need because they simply can't afford it. Join us in demanding: ([link removed])
* More generic drugs on the market.
* Increased drug pricing transparency.
* Greater competition among drug manufacturers to lower costs.
* Capping out of pocket expenses.
* Allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices.

We must act now to make prescription drugs more affordable. Join us by signing NOW. ([link removed])
