This is critical. We're the closest we've ever been to overturning Roe v. Wade, but the radical Left is lashing out.

First, states are considering constitutional measures to make abortion a permanent "right." Second, Sen. Schumer has called for a vote MONDAY on a bill that would make Roe PERMANENT nationwide, even if the Supreme Court were to overturn Roe.

It's clear the ACLJ is needed NOW MORE THAN EVER. Together, we're these helpless babies' last line of defense in court.

We're aggressively engaged in at least TEN critical pro-life cases. We just directly testified before a state legislature to stop a bill that would make abortion permanent; and JUST HOURS AGO, we sent a critical letter to Senate Leadership to oppose the bill that would make Roe permanent.

But President Biden has unleashed the taxpayer-funded federal bureaucracy to do everything it can to help Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry defeat us.
