You might have heard that 54 Starbucks locations across the country have unionized or are in the process of forming a union – which is a big win for the labor movement, and workers everywhere. However, there’s also some news that this massive corporation doesn’t want you to hear: Starbucks has been union-busting at every turn to try and prevent their employees from organizing.

That’s why we’re calling on Starbucks to stop their shady union-busting tactics – and we need you to sign our petition to stand with unionizing workers.

For years, Starbucks workers have suffered under poor working conditions. Workers explain that they have been unable to use sick time, forced to work unpredictable schedules, paid less than a living wage, and given poor benefits.

Despite soaring profits, Starbucks refuses to fairly compensate workers. To deter workers from unionizing, they have closed stores, packed stores with new employees to dilute the voting power of pro-union employees, hosted anti-union meetings, and sent texts trying to scare workers into voting against unionization.

Tell Starbucks: Stop union-busting. Sign the petition now. >>>

It gets even worse: Starbucks has retaliated against union leaders by cutting their pay or benefits, scheduling them at inconsistent hours, and targeting them for minor infractions. The company even FIRED the entire organizing committee at the Memphis location for speaking to the press.

Studies show that when unions succeed, they raise wages and improve benefits for all workers in the region – not just those who are part of the union. When we stand up and show our support for Starbucks employees trying to organize to improve their working conditions, we're not just standing up for the workers in those stores – we're calling for a new contract for American workers.

Please, John, sign our petition to call out Starbucks for union-busting. It’s time that this company fairly pays its workers.
