This is a historic moment, Friend. President Biden just nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court. If she is confirmed by the Senate, she will be the first Black woman to serve on the highest court in the nation.

Here's the problem: McConnell stole a Supreme Court seat from President Obama and rammed through far-right extremists Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett with the help of Marco Rubio. With this kind of GOP track record, there's no question that they will try to block Judge Jackson's confirmation.

Judge Jackson's confirmation deserves a fair debate and a vote in Senate. We can't allow Mitch McConnell the chance to steal another Supreme Court seat – so I need 50,000 Americans to speak out today. Please, answer this poll before midnight:
