John,
You’ve probably heard that I grew up right here in Omaha. Here’s a picture of me and my siblings, who are some of my biggest supporters to this day:

I’m not a career politician; I’m an everyday person. My siblings and I were raised by a single mom, and I was the first of the siblings to attend college, which I was able to attend by working summers at the Kellogg plant. I know what it’s like to work hard every single day — and now I’m ready to work every day for the people of Nebraska’s Second Congressional District.
To set ourselves up for success in the crucial midterm elections, our campaign has to invest in key resources now. But I don’t have a network of ultra-wealthy donors at my disposal, and I don’t take contributions from corporate PACs. I’m relying on grassroots supporters like you to power my campaign and ensure I can flip this seat blue.
I hate to ask for even a dollar of your hard-earned money, and I wouldn’t ask if it weren’t important — but this is really important. Please, if you are able, can you chip in to my campaign today?

Your support means the world to me. I look forward to representing our community in Congress.
Thank you,
|
