Hi John, I wanted to reach out to introduce myself. This is Derek McDonald, Eddie Geller’s campaign manager.

Eddie is the former comedian, so he likes to tell a good story — but I’m a little more direct, so here it goes: We need to raise $5,112 by the February 28th - 11:59 PM End of Month Deadline to stay on track to flip Florida’s Fifteenth District.

This campaign is really picking up speed, John, which is why we can’t afford to miss the critical Feb. 28 deadline. Each day, Eddie’s people-powered campaign gains strength thanks to folks like you — and his extreme MAGA opponent, multi-millionaire Scott Franklin, is getting nervous.

Rep. Franklin should be worried. Eddie almost outraised him last quarter (which is a huge deal). Because, unlike Scott Franklin, Eddie Geller does not take corporate, PAC, or lobbyist money.

That’s why meeting our End of Month deadline is so important. Eddie’s opponent is a multi-millionaire who accepts big money from insurance companies, defense contractors, and corporate agriculture!

Eddie is not a millionaire — and he definitely doesn’t take money from corporate PACs or special interests. He counts on regular folks chipping in $5 or $10 when they can.

We are on the right track to flip FL-15, John, but we can’t let up now. So, if you’re able, could you please chip in $5 (or whatever you can afford) before Monday’s End of Month deadline?
