I'm presenting a massive oral argument at the ICC, which is seeking jurisdiction to prosecute our troops on false war crimes charges . . .

John,

It’s unquestionably the biggest international oral argument I’ve ever made.

We’re standing up for the courageous men and women who put their lives on the line defending freedom around the globe – our brave military.

Our troops face an insidious new threat, as the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) Prosecutor is seeking jurisdiction to prosecute our soldiers on war crimes charges after they’ve risked their lives fighting the war on terror.

The ICC has zero jurisdiction over our soldiers. The U.S. hasn’t even joined the treaty that established the ICC and, therefore, will not be presenting arguments in this case.

But I will.

I will be traveling to The Hague to appear before the ICC's highest appellate chamber of judges – essentially the ICC's Supreme Court – to present this MASSIVE oral argument defending the interests of our soldiers.

The members of the U.S. military sacrifice everything to defend us. Now it’s our turn to defend them.

But as my team and I travel to the ICC’s Supreme Court, we urgently need your support. Have your gift DOUBLED today through our Matching Challenge. Chip in $5 and it becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Have Your Gift DOUBLED to Defend Our Troops Before the ICC.
