Today, President Biden announced he's nominating Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as our next Supreme Court Justice. Judge Jackson's outstanding qualifications make her an incredible choice.
Her nomination is historic, and I am glad that the President kept his promise.
When so many of our rights are under attack by anti-democratic extremists, I know Judge Jackson will defend our Constitution and protect the freedoms of every single American.
She's ready to stand up for us. And, right now, it's our job to stand up to the Republicans trying to derail her nomination.
We've seen it before. Extremists like Betsy DeVos will spend millions smearing Judge Jackson's record in the coming days and weeks. I need your help to ensure we have the resources we need to fight back.
