Earlier this year the Trump administration issued a new permit for TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline — an attempt to sidestep our previous court victory blocking this project. But the fight isn't over. Federal agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, are still reviewing the project's environmental harms, and there are many.

Tell the feds to protect our climate, waters and wildlife from the Keystone XL pipeline.

It would pump more than 35 million gallons of the dirtiest oil on the planet across the country every single day, threatening waterways with spills and leaks. It would exacerbate the climate crisis. And it would threaten a wide range of imperiled species, from American burying beetles to whooping cranes.

The "supplemental environmental impact statement" now up for review is deeply flawed and often downplays or fails to assess the many risks.
