Joe Biden is set to nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to the Supreme Court of the United States. If confirmed, she will be the first Black woman to sit on the highest court in the nation in its 233 years of existence.
As a U.S. Senator, I'd proudly cast a vote on behalf of PA to confirm President Biden's historic nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, to the Supreme Court. 💯
But with the decision coming down to the current 50-50 Senate, we need to do everything we can to make sure Judge Jackson is confirmed without delay.
