Christmas skate

Friday 15 November (pm) until Tuesday 31 December (Closed Christmas Day)

Old Market Square

A ski lodge bar, ice bar, giant toboggan slide and Christmas market can only mean one thing - the return of Winter Wonderland to the heart of Nottingham city centre.

The ice rink is increased to 1,100 square metres with a special 5m x 16m area just for children. Also new this year is an enchanting 200m ice path which skaters can follow from the main rink around the fountain area of Old Market Square.

Wrap up warm and enjoy a truly chilling experience as Nottingham’s coolest bar – the unique Ice Bar, is back with an exciting new Alpine theme for 2019.

Christmas shoppers and visitors to the city can once again enjoy hot mulled wine as well as a range of other beverages and food in the cosy surroundings of après ski bar, Sur la Piste.

Or relax upstairs with a cocktail in the chic, glass lounge bar, Altitude, which provides panoramic views of the city. With table service and a private DJ, you can also take your Christmas party to Altitude as it is available for private bookings.
