Today, President Biden nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve as our next Supreme Court Justice.

I’m looking forward to meeting with Judge Jackson and vetting her to ensure she will respect the rule of law. And I’m calling on all of my colleagues to do the same.

President Biden’s Supreme Court nominee deserves a fair shake. If you agree, I hope you’ll join me in urging every single Senator to commit to a fair nomination process — not play political games with the Court.
