Donald Trump just stepped off the stage at his Bossier City rally in Louisiana. As the chair of the Louisiana Democratic Party, I want you to know one thing: Democrats CAN defeat him and his Republican allies in Louisiana on Saturday -- and nationwide in 2020, too.
