Splendour is bouncing back bigger and better than ever since its last outing three years ago with the news that it will be expanding to include a second day and adding yet more acts to the bill.
With double the stage time, the line-up for Nottinghamshire’s biggest music festival is stacked out with headliners serving up hits galore from across four decades. The line up is below.
Existing ticket holders who rolled over their bookings are being given the opportunity to upgrade their day ticket to the full weekend for an additional £25.
Nottingham City residents are eligible for a discount and VIP options are available across all ticket types.

Circus Zyair opens today with a colourful and action packed hour and a half show with high energy acts from all over the world.
The 2022 tour is a dazzling combination of circus, music, and laughter for the whole family.
The exciting line up includes clowns, acrobats, trapeze, and a great light show as well as stunt motorbike riders from Colombia who defy the laws of gravity on the sensational and dangerous wheel of death,
The show is completely sold out for tonight but there is good availability for Saturday and Sunday shows, as well as the week after.

The two sisters who once lived at Newstead took a ‘world tour’ with their father, visiting Japan in 1892.
This journey inspired them to transport Japanese golden screens, carved panels, stone lanterns and plants back to Newstead Abbey.
They created their theatrical Japanese Room and their version of a serene Japanese Garden that you can still enjoy today.
Look out for the objects old and new with the pink cherry blossom as you walk through the house.
