One Voice One Nation

Hi John --

Welcome to One Nation's newsletter for 25th February, 2022.

This week's episode of "Please Explain" shows us what a progressive Australia could look like if Albanese's dream of being the leader of this country after the next election ever came true... Senator Pauline Hanson catches up with Chris Kenny... "What debt crisis?" says the government... We learn about this government's disastrous approach to industrial relations and some unscrupulous malpractice from Coal LSL in Senate Estimates with Malcolm Roberts... Mark Latham asks questions about NSW COVID numbers which are being massively overinflated and calls for an end to coercive mandates... and to finish off this extraordinary list of elephants in the room we hear from Stephen Andrew that the teacher shortage brought to his attention by his constituents doesn't exist, according to the Minister for Education.

Here's this week's news from One Nation.

"Please Explain"

The Progressive Dream

Episode 16

<[link removed]>

Be careful what you wish for... The Left like to dream of a more progressive future, but what would that future really look like?

While they fondly imagine their perfect world will be all solar panels and sunshine, history has shown us that when the Left gets everything it dreams of then the rest of us are in for a nightmare.

So join us this week as we learn what might happen if the Left gets everything it ever wanted.

We enjoy reading the comments that flood in every week. Here's a few from today on YouTube:

"My teenage kids count down to the next one. Not only are they hilarious but they are a great conversation starter."(Little Gems for Educators)

"The literal message here is factual. As voters We need to educate ourselves and tread carefully. The excuses of the political parties will not justify the irresponsible financial destruction of this economy." (Downunda)

"Another ripper Pauline, I swear this series should be taught in schools, under the education curriculum " (GrooberNedJardine)

"It’s always a Good Friday when Pauline drops a new cartoon!!" (ChumpyChicken2)

"This is the best cartoon explanation of Australian politics yet. Congratulations, keep them rolling on." (Peter Crispin)

COVID Royal Commission Petition Update, Palmer Hospitalised and more...

From Senator Pauline Hanson

<[link removed]>

I caught up with Chris Kenny this afternoon to discuss the progress of One Nation's petition to hold a COVID-19 Royal Commission and other breaking news, including the sad news that Clive Palmer has been hospitalised along with his wife. Hopefully they are both ok.

Currently, the petition is just shy of 40,000 signatures, if you haven't had the chance to sign then you can by clicking the link below.

Debt Crisis

From Senator Pauline Hanson

It seems both the Liberals and Labor parties have given up on trying to rein in our national debt.

As a result, future generations will be the ones forced to clean up their mess.

And yet both major parties are still wasting billions sending money overseas to line the pockets of corrupt foreign officials, international organisations like the United Nations, and on government projects that produce little or no benefit for every day Australians.

This waste has got to stop!

Senate Estimates

Coal LSL Caught Out

From Senator Malcolm Roberts, Queensland

<[link removed]>

After an independent report vindicated One Nation and casual coal miner's accusations of unscrupulous malpractice, the pressure has been on the Coal Long Service Leave Scheme to give workers a fair go and on Government to clean up their agency.

Coal LSL initially tried to refuse coming to Senate Estimates and over the course of many more sessions repeatedly denied anything was wrong.

We now know that was a lie.

Government Approach to Industrial Relations Disastrous

From Senator Malcolm Roberts, Queensland

Australians have had their workplaces wrecked by the Government’s COVID mismanagement. Casual Coal miners have also been let down for years. I asked the Attorney General about this and more at Senate Estimates.

NSW COVID Hospital Numbers

Massively Inflated

From The Hon. Mark Latham MLC, New South Wales

<[link removed]>

The new Secretary of NSW Health Susan Pearce has revealed people admitted to hospital in NSW have been counted as COVID-19 patients if they had COVID up to 28 days prior to their admission.

For example this means if a fit and healthy 22 year old fell of his motor bike, presented to hospital with a broken arm but because he tested positive for COVID nearly a month ago he would still have been counted as a COVID patient.

Scaring everyone by massively inflating the number of people in hospital with COVID can only be described as scandalous and an act of callous bastardy.

Brad Hazzard must go. Vaccine Mandates must go.

One Nation supports the Public Health Amendment (Vaccination Compensation) Bill. 2021

<[link removed]>

If the government launches a massive coercion programme for people to be vaccinated and there are adverse consequences in the health of the general population and workers in particular, then compensation should be paid. That is a basic principle of fairness.

The truth of the vaccine programme is that it was massively coercive and people were locked in their homes, in NSW, for months on end and told that the only route to freedom was vaccination. Moreover, through workplace vaccination mandates people were told they would lose their job unless they undertook this particular health procedure.

Now that of course wiped one of the enduring, hard fought principles of the labour movement that workers, not bosses, but workers were in charge of their own health choices. And I still can't quite believe that the Union movement in NSW and the Australian Labor Party rolled over and surrendered that principle...

We've never seen a level of coercion like this; particularly for workers. To lock people in their homes, threaten them with the sack, manipulate the data to provide a level of fear in the community that's not actually supported by an assessment of the evidence.

Minister Says Queensland Has

No ‘Teacher Shortage’ Problem

From Stephen Andrew, MP for Mirani Qld

<[link removed]>

I asked the Minister for Education, Grace Grace, a ‘Question without Notice’ in Parliament on the critical shortage of teachers in many North Queensland schools.

The exact wording of my question was:

“It has been brought to my attention that the teacher shortage in North Queensland caused by mandates has now reached the point that regional education office staff are being seconded to teach in schools.

“Why are regional directors not utilising the critical workforce shortage section of the public health directive to allow suspended teachers to come back to work?”

The Minister’s response amounted to a denial that any such shortage existed.

According to Ms Grace, there has been no change in teacher numbers this year. Quite the contrary.

The Minister said that this year’s school roll-out in Queensland, had been “the envy of every other state and territory” in the country.

“We are making all the right policy decisions” she said, adding that “the regional offices have done an outstanding job”.

There was no need to engage the critical workforce shortage provisions of the public health directive, she continued, since there are “5,000 fully vaccinated teachers in our relief pool” who are “more than adequately meeting the demand”.

So, there you go Queensland. The problem you thought existed, apparently doesn’t.

Losing thousands of teachers, teacher aides, guidance officers, admin staff and volunteers has had no impact whatsoever on staff numbers or regional schools.

Sometimes, the complete disconnect between what I am hearing from ordinary people out in the real world, and what is being said and discussed in the rarefied confines of Parliament, is simply extraordinary.

This was one of those times.

It’s almost as though a portion of the population is living in some kind of parallel universe.

The Australian way of life is in danger.

With the continuing phone calls, emails, and your responses at events and rallies, we are seeing more and more Australians are waking up to what is happening. And that's great news.

The next federal election is drawing closer and One Nation is getting candidates ready to run in every state of Australia. If you are thinking about running and live in Victoria, we'd love to hear from you.

Your voice will hold sway in the houses of Parliament in a way you've never held sway before. And as the people's voice in Parliament, we can finally do what's needed to change the status quo and protect our fundamental human rights and individual freedoms.

This next election is so important for Australia's future.
