Hi John,
Americans already struggling with runaway inflation are also being slammed by the rising costs to fill up their cars and heat their homes. Even as Green New Deal policies have sent gas prices soaring over $1 per gallon in just one year, liberal leaders see no need to change course. When asked recently, President Biden offered no plan for how to lower gas prices but advised Americans to expect high prices for the foreseeable future.
It's almost hard to comprehend how our country has gone from energy independence to surging gas prices so quickly. But this sort of gross incompetence has become a hallmark of the Biden presidency where everything costs more than it used to.
Luckily, conservative state leaders have recognized the stress being placed on families’ budgets and have taken direct action to provide much needed relief by working to suspend and repeal gas taxes and fees. While liberal leaders remain focused on their radical agenda, state conservatives will continue to prioritize lowering the cost of living for every American.
