In 2021, we saw 71 Pro-Life bills in over 22 states! This will set the stage for a more pro-life America once Roe v. Wade is reversed. In 2022, we've already seen a tidal wave of pro-life legislation. As we anxiously await the Supreme Court verdict in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, in which a Mississippi abortion clinic challenged the state’s ban on abortions after 15 weeks. Many on both sides of this fight see Dobbs as the most significant abortion case in decades because it calls into question the very legitimacy of Roe, the practice of blindly following (bad) precedent, and the much-disputed viability standard. We’re preparing for a future where, in as little as a few months from now, Roe may no longer be the law of our land!
