** Artists′ Row Call for Artists, Creatives, Entrepreneurs & Public Artists

Budget: Public Artist in Residence (PAiR): The City will offer an honorarium of $16,000 at $2,000 per month over the course of an 8-month agreement from April/May – November/December to the selected artist(s).
Eligibility: Emerging and Established Artists/Creatives working in all media and at all stages in their careers/creative endeavors are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be able to show that they have been working in their field for at least one year.

** 2022 Jorge and Darlene Pérez Prize in Public Art & Civic Design

Eligibility: This call is open to all active professional visual artists in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties in Washington State. Artists must be able to deliver or arrange for the delivery of artwork to Bellevue. Galleries and representatives of artists are eligible to submit on behalf of artists, but the artist themselves must still be an active visual artist in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties, regardless of where the galley or representative is located.

Eligibility: Artists and artist teams who reside in the states of Oregon or Washington are eligible to apply.
